Belize: Weddings

Belize caters to your every desire to say your "I Do”. Whether it is a religious ceremony or a unique and fanciful affair that has lingered in your mind for years. We will help make your desires a reality.

There are some basic things that you need to take care of before the actual Wedding Date.

Wedding Fees:

• Marriage License - $100.00 US
• Legal Ceremony - $5.00 US
• Religious Ceremony - $ Donations welcome

Legal Requirements:

• Individuals must be on the island approximately 3 days before applying for the license.
• Candidates must be present to apply for the license.
• Candidates must present proof of citizenship - ID card or passport.
• Candidates must each present copies of their passport showing picture and date of entry into Belize.
• Fully completed marriage license application form, which is notarized by a Justice of the Peace.
• All photocopies of the license should be certified.
• A blood test is not required.
• Proof of divorced Decree and or Death certificate where necessary.
• Two witnesses.
