Cayman Islands: Things to Do
You will never be short of things to do in the Cayman Islands. There are certainly a numberr of things to do both on the sea and on the land. The islands' history is rich in exotic detail as our islands depict our rich heritage. There are beautiful things such as museums and botanical gardens that are truly outstanding to visit and see while you are there in The Caymans.
Pedro St. James Historic Site:
This site is regarded as the Birthplae of Democracy and it has been reconstructed from the original 1780 Great House. This is truly a spectacular showpiece and there are many who visit it throughout the year.
Grand Cayman's Q.E. II Botanic Park
This park is named after the present Queen of England, Elizabeth II. There are also some additions in the form of the Visitors Centre, Heritage Garden and Floral Garden which add to the beauty of the park.
Cayman Islands National Museum
Cayman Islands is depicted in the site of the Cayman Islands National Museum. This museum houses the history of the Cayman Islands.
The National Trust for the Cayman Islands:
This is truly a place to visit as it has all the depictions of Cayman heritage and pride there.
Turtle Farm:
Well if you want to see turtles, then here is the place to visit as you can see turtles of all different sizes, from 6 ounces to 600 pounds.
Stingray City:
This is the place where people who are interesting in snorkeling and scuba diving where they can swim alongside stingrays. This is for the truly adventurous and those not of faint hearts.
