I wish I could have went this year, but its been so busy this year.  I wanted to go to the Carnival that was held in New Orleans this year.  It was their first year holding a Caribbean-style carnival (if you exclude Mardi Gras, of course).  It would have been interesting to go.

I'll probably go to Mardi Gras this year, either down in Galveston, Texas or in New Orleans, Louisiana (or both).  New Orlean's first Mardi Gras parade is actually on January 3, 2004 and continues to build until February 24, 2004.  Galveston's is from February 21 thru 24, 2004 this year.  So I could actually go to both.
