Inter-Fest 2003 / Bayou Bacchanal

On Saturday, September 13, 2003, New Orleans will have its first Caribbean Carnival, Bayou Bacchanal, held in conjunction with Inter-Fest 2003 September 13-14, 2003.

It will include Authentic Carnival Costumes, Parade, Trinidadian Steelpan Music, Caribbean Food and Live Performances.
