We just redesigned the CaribbeanChoice.com Recipe Section, including the main page.  Some of the changes include listing the most recently added recipes, listing the most popular recipes, listing the most recent posts on the recipe forum, and being able to find recipes by county.

I like the top recipes and the new recipes thing, and the recipes by country, but it's hard to find recipes because there is no search feature.  So that would be nice.  Otherwise it looks good.

Just go to the recipe section and click on "Add a Recipe" on the left hand side.  That will submit a recipe to our database.  Then once I approve it for display, it will be available for voting.
