Trinid helped me find your recipes. I put up the first one tonight. Oxtail and Beans. I'll get the other ones up shortly.
Enjoy!

Hello!
I am looking desperately for a recipe of a Jamaican salad that is served warm and is made with cabbage, greens, beans, carrots (assorted chopped veggies) and seemes to be stewed. It is the spices and seasoning I am clueless about. It seems to have a savory flavor as if cooked in meat broth?? On the menu of the restaurant it is simply just refered to as "salad".
Can anyone help??

Hi Deelady,
Welcome to the forum!
I'm not sure if we could find this one. It sounds like it is a "House" recipe which a particular restaurant created. Restaurants tend to be very secretive about their recipes and don't let anyone know what they are.
I might be able to find something similar, but I doubt I will find that exact recipe (unless one of their staff leaks it). I'll take a look anyway and see what I come up with.
BTW, Where did you eat this dish?
