   Topic: Half of truth it’s Lie ?

Short story about Carnival.
Our garment bag with full dress was stolen during the boarding. We got $50 immediatly as compensation for unsatisfaction.
The clerk from information desk told us that if the bag won't be found, we get addition compensation. LIE.
We paid $150 of tips !! We didn't call to the police. We waited.
We called 3 times to "Carnival lines" during a month after cruise. nobody told us that $50 we got on board- that's all we will get.
The huge company LIES to the customers.
Never again with Carnival !!

Sorry to hear about your loss. 
Sounds like the clerk either didn't know what he was talking about or he purposely lied to get more tips. I don't know which. Either way, they need to be consistent and clear about their policies.

It's a dog eat dog world, CE. People are hard-hearted, no compassion. Some of them will sell or kill their own mother just for gain.
