There ya go, I added my vote.

I'm not really a superstitous person, but I've seen a few things than make me wonder.

Not only do I believe that there are ghosts and spirits I know that they exist in our midst. In our neck of the woods we call them 'Jumbie' They are real as reality can be.

I grew up next to the local cemetery and I can tell of some scarey stories. If you ever heard a ghost whistle there is no mistake about it..your computer..the greatest ever made..will let you know right away that the sound cannot come from a human being.

What we have come to regard as 'the paranormal' and have ascribed many theories thereto is a fact of another form of existence in the spirit realm. This is deep and I wish not to descend thereto...suffice to say there is another existence and as JC said :  those who have eyes to see let them see and those who have ears to hear, hear. Some of us do see and hear....depends on the tuning.

Remember the  movies Exorcist and The Poltergeist ?....they are not science  fiction..they are art imitating life and in different parts of the world go by different names.I think that what has lessened the visitation in these times are the widspread preaching of the gospel and electrification...controversial maybe...but that's me.

Sometimes things stanger than fiction actually happen.  And I did hear about the Exercist and Poltergeist being based on real events.

Not too sure I grasped the quote....do explain.

What is very funny is that the history books made you believe that these so called -stranger -than -fiction -stories were relegated to third world folks..far from being the truth. Travelling is a great experience , broadens the mind and allows you to see certain myths for what they really are. There have been confirmed reports of former dead Presidents seen in the White House...likewise former monarchs of England seen in Buckingham Palace. Who would forget Mackenzie King former Prime Minister of Canada  whose main pastime besides running Canada was to communicate with his dead mother at the Prime Minister's residence. It was only recently that  60 Minutes showed a documentary where experts versed in the paranormal were called in to find and rid a house of the ghosts who were former owners of the building. So real has been the incidence of such that there have been  electronic instruments developed in the aid to locating these apparitions. Stranger than fiction..your guess is as good as mine.

I'm not sure if I believe in Ghosts haunting a place.  I think a lot of that is in the mind, and powerful minds we do have.

It's one thing to be a sceptic..quite another to come face to face with reality.Ghosts, their occupation and misdemeanors are as real as real can get ...and as my mom used to say : Joe , you never stop learning until the day 6 men make that final walk with you to the cemetery. Just keep an open mind and like I said it's not a Third World thing..it's a Universal Thing.

I do believe in spirits.  I had one scare the @#$% out of me once.  Some prayers and white candles got rid of it.
