The first thing that would need to be done is research.  If you could come up with links to information showing the emergency numbers and agencies for various Caribbean countries, that would help a lot.  Once we have that information, we can start building the Hurricane section.

To make it easy, you can post the links you find here.

Typically you will find this information from government websites, or even from various consulates and embassies.  For example, some U.S. embassy websites have hurricane information posted for the country the embassy is located in.

Any help that you give will help us build the Hurricane section faster.
