4 cups Water
1 cup Rice (any long grain)
4 Lime Rinds
Put in big pot, cook on med heat until almost all the water has been absorbed.
4 cups Milk
1 cup Sugar
4 Cinnamon Sticks
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Dominican is the best)
Cook on med heat for about an hour stir constantly (don't let it stick or burn) it should be almost creamy. Remove line rinds.
Pour into serving dish. Sprinkle with Ground Cinnamon.
