Some Famous Historical Observations Game....!!!

The object Some Famous Historical Observation game is to add as many Historical Observation quotes as possible. Quotes can be from historical figures, famous people, famous Quotes, any kind of famous proverbs and clichés usual as a Observation.

Rules:

• One (1) line Historical Observation quotes per post.
• You should give credit to whomever said it (if you  know) and state either "Author Unknown" But this is not necessary. If it is a proverb, you should give credit to the culture that originated it (for example, Caribbean, Latin-Central American, American or Europe Proverb ECT).
