...we were talking about yoga at the another place but I think I could add this interesting website here too.
Matej Jurenka is my yoga teacher but he is teaching now in China. He works very hard on himself. The results can be seen at pictures in gallery. Amazing!
You can read something about yoga there too. Enjoy.

Many years ago I bought a book called  "Yoga for Americans" by Indra Devi
A complete 6-week course in Hatha Yoga for home practice.
 (Probable out of print now LOL)
