Dominican Republic, October 8, 2007 - The nineteenth NORCECA Congress will be held in Oranjestad, Aruba on 27 and 28 October and 32 of the 35 National Federations affiliated to the institution have already confirmed their participation.
El Congreso estará dedicado en honor de los señores Jacques Joachim, de Haití, Ramón Rico, de Antillas Holandesas, y el finado Rafael Hosein, de Trinidad & Tobago.
The Congress will be dedicated in honor of Mr. Jacques Joachim, Haiti, Ramon Rico, the Netherlands Antilles, and the late Rafael Hosein of Trinidad & Tobago.

The secretariat NORCECA unveiled on Monday the agenda of the two-day meeting at the Radisson Aruba Hotel & Casino and the opening session includes the involvement of the highest authorities in the country.
