Well, as far as I know, we have too much acid in our bodies, so an alkaline diet is best for us - for our health.

Rogerka’s Recipes

CE, Sandy is right. Pros are huge. Simply, I got everything better and healthier, e.g. I don't need to take anti-allergy pills, I got better muscles and joints, beautiful nails, hair and skin, I lost 6kg in 2,5 months, my cholesterol is normal, I got lot of energy (even after I stopped to drink my everyday coffee) etc etc. And everything by not being hungry and eating good food. Exercise is also good to add. And drink a lot of water or tea.
Cons are only in our mind and practice: first, you have to think a bit before you eat but you easily get used to it. Everyone is asking: what do you eat? is it any diet? (I say no, it's natural way of life...) Generally you cannot eat outside unless you don't know what are the ingredients. I mostly eat salads outside.
Now I am in phase called crisis because the old acid toxins are removing from tissues into the blood and need to be remove from body. This phase is a little bit demotivating but I am still feeling great and continue. Later it's easy to stick by this type of food because anytime I try to eat or drink something worse, my body gives me a warning (for example stomach pain, headache...) and then I can refuse the 'bad' food easily.

End of ad
Peace out

Good for you, Roggy. I'm sure you look like a million dollars. Will we be hearing wedding bells soon?

not million yet but a half maybe I am really surprised by those changes. And so easy it was. Not to mention it's a medicine and prevention against cancer and many other illnesses. (Also my bloodpressure and heartbeat normalized)

OK, send me my groom! or broom... or Gollum
Peace out

All good, Roggy. Half a million is still A-One. Keep it up, girl. You'll enjoy the benefits when you get older, when people will doubt the age you tell them you are.

I'm sure you have many good grooms in your area. Or maybe you'll find one on your world tours.
