It's hard work, CE. I do a variety of exercises. I saw the core rhythm exercise on TV and started doing some of the moves, especially those for the abs and waistline. It really helps. Maybe you can order the video...

I can't workout watching videos. I just do my own thing.

Roggy, since you're into health, exercising, etc., maybe you can help me out here. I read that a person will not lose weight using the treadmill for a vigorous 45 min. exercise program a couple of days a week. Do you believe that?

wow, I don't really know, because I read that you have to exercise at least 30 mins a couple of days a week at certain heartbeat level (depending on age and gender). And some other articles said that only after 30 mins body starts to lose weight (fats). And also 1 hour after the exercise eating anything is not recommended because body continue to deal with energy and you can lose another weight by it.

I just think it's ok, 45 mins are good, IMHO.
Peace out

Thanks, Roggy. I didn't believe what I read. A person walking a treadmill 40-45 minutes a day, 7 days a week should lose some weight. Anyway, I'll let you know if it works. I went back on my exercise program after being off a couple of months or more. I'm only using the treadmill until I see some weight loss. After that I'll start the toning exercises. Cripes!!! I went back to 140 lbs.

Tone my arms, whittle down my waistline, firm my abs...that sort of toning, Rogerka. It will take years to get in shape, if at all. You know...I'm not as young as I once was...

Running is good. I also have a book about running I bought eons ago when I used to go on the track to run. The author is James E. Fixx, and the title of the book is "The Complete Book of Running". He did some time ago. I used to run five miles a day. sigh...those were the days.

Anyway, the author of the book says that there are many benefits to running. One of the benefits is the sexual aspect. Running heightens sexual pleasure.

So keep it up, Roggy. You'll enjoy the end result.

Now let me go eat my breakfast. BRB.
