the recipe is incorrect that is posted on this website.
here is the recipe.
Beef or cow heal
1 table spoon of olive oil or any oil of your choice
1 glove of garlic, hot pepper to taste
add to pot and mix for a fewminutes
add cloves, spice and a little nutmeg to taste.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and a handful of sugar, brown is better
its give it a better taste and textrue
add enough guyana casareep to get the desired taste.
add water
boil until tender
when its done, the taste should be  in between the sweet but
and hot from the pepper, and the sauce should not be overpowered
with too much of the ingredients.  i believe if you are familiar with this
dish, you'll the right taste.
