You funny...with your chocolate and tacos and chips    

For the past year, I've had to stop taking vitamins.  They make me sick to my stomach when I take them.  I am thinking there must be something in the multi-vitamin that I am allergic to.  I also had to stop taking fish oil pills too for the same reason.

 ... Swiss is a good brand choice ... all natural ... and eat nutritious foods ... 

 ... cheese very easy to make you know ... I have some neighbours from Iraq that make all the time another farmer friend too ...

My mother just introduced me to some adult gummy vitamins (sound like an oxymoron, I know) and those did not make me sick.  I am thinking that most vitamin pills there is some additive that makes me sick to my stomach. These other ones were just fine.
