Eighteen-year-old Brian Francis aka Weepee of St. Joseph is now a patient of the Princess Margaret Hospital after his left wrist was severed by a 17-year-old male from that community during an alleged dispute over scissors at around midday Tuesday.

That's what I like about Dominica News Online. They show the gory details.

But CE, throwing punches was in the days of old, the good ole days. Now it's guns, knives, cutlasses, swords. In the old days, swords were used in duels, but now children are using it to slay the satan they think their mother is possessed with. (The Haitian/American actor)

I don't know if they were able to attach it, but they'll let us know. I'll keep you updated.
I think all this crime calls for vigilante justice.

FEMALE PASSENGER LOSES LEG IN VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

"you may born healthy but in the next minute ur whole life changes,,,,we all just have to pray for the better".

As said by one of the people commenting on the accident on the Dominica site. Very sad and scary.

Her other leg might have to be amputated.

South African serial killer found guilty of murdering 13 women, dumping their bodies in farms

Associated Press

11:43 a.m. EST, December 23, 2010

JOHANNESBURG (AP) — A South African serial killer has been convicted of murdering 13 women and dumping their bodies in sugarcane plantations around the country, prosecutors said Thursday.

The 36-year-old man lured women into sugarcane fields in South Africa's eastern KwaZulu-Natal province under the pretenses of offering employment. Doctors could not determine how he killed the women, aged 22 to 35, because their bodies had decomposed in the fields when they were found in 2007, said Natasha Ramkisson, regional spokeswoman for the National Prosecuting Authority.

"We don't know what his sentence is yet, but we're glad that justice seems to be taking its course," Ramkisson said.
the magistrate found Thozamile Taki guilty on all 26 charges, including murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances, said Mthunzi Mhaga, spokesman for South Africa's national prosecuting office.

Taki, with seven other prisoners, tried to escape from prison in March, but fell through a ceiling and was hospitalized.

Taki's then-girlfriend and co-accused Hlengiwe Nene, who has also been held in custody since 2007, was found not guilty. She was accused of taking the victims' clothing and possessions after their murders.

South Africa has one of the highest crime rates of any country. There were 18,148 murders in South Africa between April 2008 and March 2009 — about 50 per day — according to South African police.

Phew! I guess it's the size of the place, huh. But 50 a day is still a small amount...thank God, although there should not be any amount of murders at all.

Foul-mouthed
murderer gets 107
years in jail for
shootout, tells judge
'suck my d---'

BY Oren Yaniv
DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER

Monday, January 24th 2011, 10:13 PM

Ward for NewsZaire Paige, 24, was convicted of
shooting up a Brooklyn street and salon, killing one.

A foul-mouthed murderer who made a raunchy
request to a Brooklyn judge before his sentencing
on Monday received plenty of prison time to rethink
his choice of words.

Zaire Paige, 24, was hit with 107 years to life for
killing Lethania Garcia and wounding four others in
a brazen October 2008 Fort Greene shootout.

But before getting the maximum possible sentence,
Paige tried to get one last dig in at the judge,
Vincent Del Giudice, telling him, "With all due
respect and from the bottom of my heart, suck my
d---."

Without missing a beat, Del Diudice fired off a
comeback and then tough justice.

"I respectfully decline your offer," the judge dead-
panned. "You are a danger to all civilized members
of society."

Paige was convicted of teaming up with Robert
Crawford in a lunchtime attack on Garcia, 20.

The pair tracked him down as he left a state court,
opened fire and continued to shoot inside a hair s
alon, killing their target and wounding four others,
including off-duty cop Andrea Cox.

Crawford was sentenced to 53 years in prison last
month.

Del Giudice and Paige had a prickly relationship.

The defendant named the judge in a rambling 128-
page federal lawsuit that was dismissed. Del Giudice
also barred Paige from the proceedings after he
screamed at a testifying cop.
