No. That is what they call it. It's like bake but way less dough. Very light and fluffy almost nothing in the middle. It's called float

I just asked a St. Lucian about it. She said it the regular johnny cake, but they also call it 'float'. But I know about the light and fluffy. That's how they make johnny cake in the Virgin Islands.
