Many of us have websites and I wanted to create a place where we could ask questions, get answers and discuss ways to increase traffic, membership and revenue for our websites.  Each of us has different skills and ideas, and I think it would be wise for us to communicate and learn from and help each other be more successful.

Just curious Scotty ! how does one become a webmaster..and while we are at it  is there such a person as a webmistress ? I ask this because I am a total ignoramus in computer related matters. I watched the PC for years..was intimidated by it and then one day told myself that before my eyes close in death I shall learn about this THING. To that end I got an ancient gizmo with Win 95.O/S , bought a couple of Win 95 books and became seft taught. I am still baffled by the THING in many ways and yet can't even find a way to use the QUOTE feature of the forum. ..everyday I take a ride on the learning curve. The feeling has hit me that you first have to be a computer Nerd from kid stage and move up to be a  Webmaster/Mistress...sorry have to put in mistress or Eve Ensler and the feminists will monologue me.

Well, everything takes time to learn.  I didn't learn all this stuff overnight, and neither can anybody else.  So don't feel bad that you don't know everything yet.
