Hi everyone everything is fine, just back from Madagaskar, I was in the high mountains on the wells of mineral water Eau Vive and will be back there end of next month, but first I take a good holiday in Kenia for 3 weeks I leave on 13 dec will back on 8 jan, my wife and me will celebrate X mas and Newyear with her family in the Kamba tribe its inside a National Park so it will be a nice time there. ------------- STAF Life is half spend before you know it. |

I eat super healthy food since October. it's the best thing I could do for my body and I feel grrreat I even donated the blood a week ago and don't need allergy medicaments anymore. (And it has hundreds more benefits) ------------- Peace out |

Good morning, CCers!! It's 5:14 a.m.
I had a few hours sleep and the music is still pulsing out there. Today is the adult's parade. Frederisted town will be jam-packed with people, troupes, floupes, floats. As you might know, President Carter and his family are vacationing here. I saw them at the Food Fair. He gave a little speech after the ribon-cutting ceremony. He said taht thrity members of his family are on the island and they are spending money.
I'm sipping on hot water spiked with lemon juice. It's good to drink first thing in the morning.
I have to go to the supermarket early before the traffic coming from Christiansted town heads to Frederiksted. I tell you.
