I didn't want to start a new thread for this. Can you post the recipe for Potato Stuffing? This is good food ... we call it "crab & callaloo" in Grenada ... and we use whole crabs and dasheen leaves for the greens ... yummy yummy ...

Well, you use Irish potatoes or sweet potatoes. Cook, mash, add tomato paste, raisins (optional), seasoning, i.e. minced onion, garlic, herbs, I think an egg, milk. Mix up everything, bake.
