 About Bahamas Recipes      

The Bahamas consist of over 700 islands, with reefs, cays, and rocks extending for miles with picturesque beaches and an abundance of shoreline; Bahamas recipe boast a classic collection of seafood. The conch (konk) is one of the more famous seafood, fried, marinated or made into soups seasoned in salt, pepper, thyme will entrench your taste buds in flavor. It is scrumptious, cooked or uncooked, in salads and stews, steamed or fried in chowders or fritters. Other dishes include lobsters and land crabs. The Bahamas have over the years developed a spicy well seasoned cuisine using local catch of the day grouper, crawfish dishes are exquisitely tasty, but they are quite simple and easy to prepare, so recreating the culinary pleasures that you enjoyed on your vacation and showing this off to your guest is fairly simple.
