The Roti is probably one of the most commonly used dishes among various Caribbean countries and I am sure it will be argued which Island makes the best preparation of Roti. The writer strongly feels that after sampling various Island’s preparation of Roti Guyana takes the prize. Beef and chicken are probably the most popular meats
There are a multitude of recipes of meats, fish, etc.
What is pronounced is the effectiveness of the imagination of a nation of various cultures, to produce a unique variation of one product to make sure that an individual has several opportunities to enjoy the imagination of a nation. Here is an example of the Cassava prepared in several appetizing and mouth-watering ways. Cassareep the Juice, Cassava Bread, Cakes with Raisins, Pone , Puffs, Cassava broth with shrimps accented with Foo Foo which is Pounded Plantains.
Another fine example is the coconut which have been used to make marvelous creations, coconut biscuits, coconut yeast bread, rich coconut buns, coconut cream, coconut custard, coconut cream pies, chutney, drinks, ice cream, mousse, snow and coconut water punch.
