Black Angelhair Fritters
Antigua and Barbuda
2 oz Blue crab meat
2 oz. minced conch
2 oz. minced vegetables
1 oz. cooked black angelhair pasta
Hint of baking powder
Seasoning METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
Mix crab and conch together Add the vegetables, egg and the baking powder season to taste and very carefully add the black angelhair. Heat the deep fryer to 250 and fry to satisfaction. Present on a nice dinner plate with a mild curry sauce and garnish with fried parsley and diced tomatoes.
