INGREDIENTS:
500 gram fish fillets 1/4 tsp. salt & Grace Black Pepper 1/2 cup sweet pepper 2 Tbs. clove garlic ½ cup plum tomatoes 2 Tbs. onions 1 cup Grace Jerk Barbecue Sauce
METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven at 185°C.
- Season fillets with salt and pepper, roll and place in a baking dish.
- Chop sweet pepper, garlic and tomatoes. Mince onion and place in a bowl, pour in Grace Jerk Barbeque Sauce and stir.
- Pour mixture over fish.
- Bake in preheated oven.
