Jamaica Flag Grace Jamaican Pizza Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

 2  cups all purpose flour
    1  tsp. baking powder
      tsp. salt
    3  Tbsps. soft margarine
      cup milk
      cup GRACE TOMATO KETCHUP
      cup chopped onions
    1  cup GRACE HAM
    3  GRACE PINEAPPLE SLICES
      cup shredded ANCHOR cheddar cheese
    1  Tbsp. parsley

METHOD / DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Brush baking sheet with oil.
2. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Rub margarine into flour mixture until fine and crumbly. Add milk and mix to dough.
4. Turn out onto floured surface. Knead for 30 seconds.
5. Roll out dough onto parchment/wax paper. Spread on tomato ketchup (1cm from edge)
6. Finely chop onion, ham, pineapple slices and parsley and shred cheese and combine.
7. Spread over tomato ketchup leaving a 3cm edge. Using paper as a guide, roll up dough from long side.
8. Cut roll into eight slices. Place cut slices side down on baking sheet.
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
