Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Brush baking sheet with oil. |

Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. |

Rub margarine into flour mixture until fine and crumbly. Add milk and mix to dough. |

Turn out onto floured surface. Knead for 30 seconds. |

Roll out dough onto parchment/wax paper. Spread on tomato ketchup (1cm from edge) |

Finely chop onion, ham, pineapple slices and parsley and shred cheese and combine. |

Spread over tomato ketchup leaving a 3cm edge. Using paper as a guide, roll up dough from long side. |

Cut roll into eight slices. Place cut slices side down on baking sheet. |

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. |
