METHOD / DIRECTIONS:

Wipe chicken with vinegar and then disjoint. |

Chop onions, sweet peppers and crush garlic. |
3. |
Season chicken with salt and pepper, onion, garlic and keep covered for an hour or two. |

Remove seasonings and brown chicken pieces in hot oil. |
5. |
Add onion, sweet pepper and garlic to chicken and allow to cook for 2 minutes. |
6. |
Pour in one cup hot water and add other ingredients. Simmer slowly until chicken is cooked. If necessary, add more water and correct seasonings |
