- 1 cup coarsley shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup coarsley shredded carrots
- 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsps. finely chopped green sweet pepper
- 1 1/2 cups baked beans, drained
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients and toss together lightly.
- Put to chill in the refrigerator.
Serve with your favourite main dish.
The ingredients may be tossed by using two forks.
