Serves: 1 1/2 cups
- 1 medium Ripe Avocado
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Onion, Minced
- 1⁄2 pound (225 grams) Cream Cheese
- 1⁄8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Milk
METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
- Half avocado lengthwise, remove seed and scoop out the pulp, reserving the shell. Mince onion.
- In a bowl, mash avocado pulp. Add onion, cream cheese and the remaining ingredients. Put to chill, then serve in the reserved avocado shell.
Serve with chips made from green bananas, green plantain, breadfruit or potato.
