Serves: 6 sandwiches
- 1 Can grace tuna in oil
- 1 Tablespoon onion,chopped
- 1⁄3 Cup celery,chopped
- 2 Tablespoons sweet pickles,chopped
- 3 Tablespoons grace mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1⁄8 Teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon grace hello margarine
- 12 Slices bread
METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
Drain GRACE TUNA IN OIL and flake, add chopped onion, chopped celery and chopped sweet pickles.
In a small bowl blend together the GRACE MAYONNAISE with fresh lime juice.
Combine mayonnaise mixture with GRACE TUNA mixture and add salt to taste. Cover and chill for an hour to allow flavours to develop.
Use GRACE HELLO MARGARINE and spread on bread slices, then spread on tuna filling. Cover with a second slice of bread. Cut into your favourite shapes and enjoy.
If desired the crusts of the bread may cut off.
Try one slice white bread and one slice wheat bread for each individual sandwich.
