Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 glasses
- 8 Ounces sweet potato
- 4 Cups water
- 1 Bottle stout
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Cup honey
- 1 Teaspoon nutmeg, grated
- 1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 8 ice cubes
METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
Wash, peel and cube sweet potatoes. In a pot place water and cubed potatoes and bring to a boil. Allow to cool.
Pour the boiled potatoes and liquid into a blender, add stout, vanilla, honey, grated nutmeg, sweetened condensed milk and ice cubes. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour contents into punch glasses.
Decorate with cinnamon sticks and maraschino cherries.
