Vote for your Country in the Battle of the Islands! Salsa



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: Chill Time: 1 hour
Serves: 2 cups


  • 2 Ounces grace vinegar
  • 2 Ounces olive oil
  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon escallion, finely chopped
  • 1 Sprig thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon basil, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 2 Ounces green sweet pepper, chopped
  • 2 Ounces red sweet pepper, chopped
  • 2 Ounces yellow sweet pepper, chopped
  • 3 Ounces pineapples, finely diced
  • 2 Ounces papaya, finely diced
  • 2 Ounces grapes, finley diced
  • 2 Ounces watermelon, finely diced


  1. Combine GRACE VINEGAR, olive oil, salt, white pepper, escallion, thyme, parsley, basil and onion and stir together.

  2. Add sweet peppers, chopped pineapple, papaya, grapes and watermelon. Combine well.

  3. Refrigerate until chilled.
