- 6 Ounces all-purpose flour
- 1 Ounce roma cocoa powder
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 Teaspoon salt
- 8 Ounces grace hello margarine, softened
- 8 Ounces brown sugar
- 4 Ounces white sugar
- 2 Whole eggs
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Cups grace instant oats
- 4 Ounces raisins, soaked
METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 180 ˚C (350˚F).
Combine flour, Roma Cocoa Powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Cream GRACE HELLO MARGARINE and sugar until fluffy and creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Drop by teaspoonful unto an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10- 12 minutes, until cookies are set.
Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheets, and then move to wire racks.
Store in tightly covered containers.
