- 1 Pound irish potatoes, cut in cubes
- 2 Tablespoons grace hello margarine
- 4 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 Cup raisins
METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
- Wash, peel, cook, and mash potatoes.
- Melt Grace Hello Margarine in a frying pan.
- Add chopped parsley and saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add mashed potatoes and remaining ingredients and mix well until mixture is properly combined. Use to fill cavity of chicken.
