METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 4 Tbsp olive oil with 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, season steak with salt & pepper, pass steak in olive oil mixture.
2. Lightly coat a pan with olive oil, when oil gets hot sear beef on one side, lower heat to medium and turn beef, cook to desire.
3. Reserve steak while finishing the rest of the meal component.
