INGREDIENTS:
1 large Red Snapper 4 tbsp butter or margarine 2 cups chopped tomatoes 1 cup white wine 4 oz MATOUK'S GREEN SEASONING Salt to taste 2 tsp MATOUK'S WEST INDIAN HOT SAUCE
METHOD / DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter and saute MATOUK'S GREEN SEASONING. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, MATOUK'S WEST INDIAN HOT SAUCE and wine. Place fish in a greased baking dish and marinate fish in seasoning mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Baste with sauce during cooking. Serves 4 to 6 persons.
